ACTA expands the global partner network
– today the company is represented by 35 local agents around the world and more are continuously enrolled. The global partner network exclusively consists of authorized service companies who comply with the international guideline MSC 1206 and the extended level of service that ACTA provides. ACTA is aiming at a fully extended global partner network within a year or two.

Global partner network
ACTA provides full after-sales service – directly and via the network of more than 35 agents and partners around the world.  The company commissions the equipment on-site and view after-sales service as an integrated part of being a global engineering company. The Service Department is always available with experienced technicians and original spare parts. Through extended co-operation with OEM supplying partners, the right spare parts are quickly delivered.

ACTA’s service set-up offers a number of advantages to the owners of the many ACTA products installed world-wide:

  • Access to a network of certified after-sales service partners worldwide under the CSP (Certified Service Partner) concept. This ensures a consistent quality of service for ACTA products, regardless of geographical location.
  • 5-year service check and overhaul will increase the reliability of the ACTA  products and this will help the clients to avoid off-hire periods.
  • A number of cost-models for the service concept are available, making it possible to select the service model that fits the size and age of the fleet in the best possible way .
  • Different levels of documentation and test certificates are available to the owners of the products, ensuring that they get their money's worth.
  • It is possible to negotiate service contracts at the same time as the purchase of equipment, making the whole package available as one integrated offering of a life-long companionship with ACTA products.
