FH Contractors A/S was established in 2003, and over the years the company has developed into a well-established Man Power Services Business. FH Contractors employs competent and well educated staffs who are working as well in Denmark as abroad. The functions administration & management, sales, coordinating of man power and the welding school are all situated in the company’s facilities in Esbjerg, Denmark.
As a leading Manpower Service Company FH Contractors assists the customers in employing qualified personnel to projects all around the world. The expertise is manpower for the industry, ship yards, on- and offshore, all kind of certified welders, pipe fitters, scaffolding, electricians, painters etc. Further, FH Contractors certifies their welders at the FH Montage´s Welding School, which is to ensure that each employee has the required skills and is qualified to perform the work that the customer requests.
An important aim of FH Contractors is, on the customer’s request, to find and deliver the right employee with the right qualification at the right time. FH Contractors is a professional collaborator, who through service and personal contact has developed a long term co-operation with the customers.
Currently, FH Contractors offers following employee groups: Chairmen, welders, blacksmiths, pipe layers, riggers, scaffolding workers, crane operators, electricians, painters, sandblasters, warehouse operatives and unskilled workers. All employees are employed on contract with FH Contractors A / S in Denmark.
Through membership of Dansk Industri, FH Contractors has entered into agreement with relevant unions, and the company ensures performance of all regulatory requirements, e.g. social security, tax, agreement, etc. The contract with the customers contains documentations of fulfilment of all legal requirements. Norway is FH Contractors A/S's largest and most important market and since the start-up in 2003 we have had continuously employees leased out to large yards and on/offshore tasks Norway.
FH Contractors is currently experiencing a strong and positive development. A combination of the company’s own demands on quality control and on request by the customers resulted in 2008 in a certification by Det Norske Veritas A/S to following standards:
DS/EN-ISO 9001:2000 – Quality management systems DS/EN-ISO 18001 – Occupational health and safety management systems
Both systems are integrated into the management systems.
FH Contractors A/S is also approved in Achilles Joint Qualification System (JQS) with Id. Nr. 26591
FH Contractors will continue to enhance skills and add selected groups of employees into the program. Together with a competent and knowledgeable staff, the company has entered a positive development and looks bright at the time to come.
